Bon Baloubet has lovely movement and takes after his sire with his jumping ability and scope, scoring 9's at his 2016 inspection.
In 2018 Balou attended the Stallion Performance Testing at Saddlewood, Ont., becoming the 2018 Champion Stallion, scoring an overall top score of 121.90, 11.85 points ahead of the reserve champion.
Balou scored a dressage score 125.31, 11 points ahead of the next score, he also achieved the second highest jumping score of 112.88, just 2.34 points behind the top score.
Bon Baloubet was the only stallion to achieve the maximum scores for his character, temperament, willingness and constitution. He was also scored top horse by the Test Master.
Bon Baloubet attended Angelstone International three week Summer Series competing in the 5 year old young horse series. He placed first in the qualifying round during week one, he then qualified for the finals in week two and placed 7th in the finals competing in his first 1.20m event.
Bon Baloubet attained the NBEA 1.10m Reserve Champion award in 2018, the CWHBA Jumper Level 1 Achievement award, and the CWHBA Jumper Level 2 year end high point award for 2018.
In 2019 Balou's season was delayed with rider issues, however, he competed and placed at 1.10m and 1.15m at Bromont and Blainville. He showed his adaptability and rideability with riders that had never ridden him before.
In 2020 Balou's first babies are showing themselves to have Balou's gentle kind nature and extremely athletic. They are flashy with lots of bling!
Before Covid19 Balou was in training to compete in the 1.20m to 1.25m during the 2020 season in preparation for his future in the Grand Prix ring.

Sire - Bon Balou
Bon Balou was named the Jumper Champion at his 70 day test at Silver Creek Farm in OK. He scored an impressive 125.04 (with a 5% deduction taken off) for 1st place. Bon Balou was also 3rd overall. Bon Balou was 8th in the dressage in a tightly bunched group.
Dam - Highfalutin' Miss
Highfalutin' Miss has competed and placed at Spruce Meadows (always in the ribbons out of 48-50 horses every time she competed at Spruce Meadows) and Thunderbird. She won Reserve Champion Mare at her CWBBA Inspections in 2012, despite a large showing. Out of 94 mares inspected across Canada she placed 7th overall as a premium mare.,
