LESSONS:

​Private Lesson                                                $80

** All lessons must be used within 30 days, no roll over to the next month. A make-up lesson will be scheduled for one that is missed. THERE IS A MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS NOTICE POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS **

The following fees are additional services that are not included in the boarding packages. (Exception: Premium Board package has some of these services offered.)

​- Individual Turnout (a MUST if horses have hind shoes with corks)       $60/month

- Body Clipping (depending on type of clip needed)                                   $175 - $225/horse

- Manes Pulled & Laid Over                                                                             $40/month

- Lunging                                                                                                             $35/session

- Professional Ride (by Sarah King)                                                                $60/ride

- Blankets/Sheets (extra) on/off                                                                     $60/month

- Holding for Veterinarian and/or Farrier appointments                           $25/horse

- Sale or Purchase of Horse(s) - Commission                                   10% + $50 marketing fee

- Coaching at Shows                                                                                        $80/day

- Shipping to Shows (depends on mileage and # of horses going)

​​Boarding

 We offer 3 different boarding options to give you and your horse the best care in a friendly and fun atmosphere.  

​1.  Basic Board: **

​  - daily mucking of stalls with fresh clean shavings when needed

​  - grain provided by boarders will be fed 2x daily (also any supplements provided by owner)

​  - unlimited hay

​  - group turnout (max of 4 horses) weather permitting with fresh water at all times (heated in the winter)

​  - $620/month (HST included)

​​2.  Premium Board: **

  - daily mucking of stalls with fresh clean shavings when needed

​  - grain provided by boarders fed 2x daily( also any supplements provided by owner)

​  - unlimited hay

​  - individual or group turnout (max of 4 horses) weather permitting with fresh

     water at all times (heated in the winter)

​  - groomed daily with feet picked out

​  - blankets on/off (maximum of 2 blankets)

  - lunged 2x/week

​  - $750/month (HST included)

​3. Outdoor Board: **

​  - small group 24/7 turnout in safe pasture

​  - access to large run in shelter with straw bedding in winter

​  - fresh water at all times, heated in winter

​  - unlimited hay

​  - grain provided by boarder fed 2x daily (also any supplements provided by owner)

​  - access to all stable facilities (indoor, outdoor rings, jumps etc)

​  - $450/month (HST included)

​​  ** All boarders are required to take a minimum of 2 lessons/month. The lessons are not included in the board prices.
