Picket Hill Equestrian Centre is a premium equestrian facility with an impeccable reputation, . We offer quality horse boarding, riding lessons from beginner to advance levels.  

We also offer facility rental for clinics, shows, and private use.

Our horses are safe and well mannered, and we have a choice of qualified riding instructors from all levels and disciplines.   

​We offer convenient lesson times, clinics in dressage, jumping and eventing, summer camps, Equine Canada rider level program, horse shows, and trail riding.

​At Picket Hill Equestrian Centre we strive to develop quality riders through our lesson plans allowing the rider to progress at a speed they are comfortable with.  Opportunities extend beyond just riding, with the ability to spend time on site learning the core fundamentals of horse care and stable management needed to succeed in the equestrian world. 

 Our Facilities

Situated just 10 minutes drive north of Fredericton's city centre, Picket Hill Equestrian is an idyllic place for both horse and rider set on 28 acres.  

​Our stables consist of 17 large, bright stalls, tack lockers for our boarders, an indoor and outdoor wash stall,  a washroom and a  heated viewing room.  The 60 x 120 indoor arena is attached to the stabling area and is well lit and airy.

​The outside 120x200 sand arena has lighting for night time riding and is usable for the majority of the year due to its good drainage and a pleasant breeze that keeps bugs away.  

​​ We have a cross country course with schooling fences, entry to training level, show jumps and dressage letters in both our indoor and outdoor arena's, and there are no end of picturesque hacking trails to enjoy.

​Horses can enjoy turnout in either our large pastures or smaller paddocks, several of which have run-in sheds.  We provide a caring and knowledgeable environment for both horse and rider, ensuring a positive experience every day.
